The place is bright and clean, and all the staff are very friendly. Would highly recommended. I came here because I had a broken leg. After a period of treatment, it just ended last week. I got much better, thank you so much, love those guys.

I have been here a few times in the span of the last few years and, let me tell you, this place has gotten worse. Same issues: Different staff, different therapists, problems with scheduling, problems with billing, and poor patient care. The ONLY reason I came to this place at the time was because I lived a few minutes away. But, I finally decided to venture out and, fortunately, found another place that was 10x better for my recent ACL surgery!
The sessions were short and, often times, I get passed on to the aide that spends the most time (like 90% of the time) with me than the PT. Scheduling was horrible because the front desk seemed to constantly change my times, even though I would show them my copy of what time my appointment ACTUALLY was!
I would$0027ve given this place a 1/5, but gave it 2/5 mainly for my first PT, Heidi, who was there for my very first session. She was very caring, spent time, and actually understood my diagnosis. She gets a 5/5. Sadly, she is no longer there.. Go figure.

I have visited the place at least 6-7 different times during the last 6 months. There are there things that need be fixed and that the stuff working there needs to improve: 1. The therapists try to shorten the time of the patient scheduled visits – instead of the full 1 hr many times the therapists working with the patient shorten the visit from 1hr to 40 – 45 min. One hour scheduled means exatly 1 hr working there not 45 min. or anything shorter than 1 hr. 2. The schedulers working there constantly fail to schedule and keep up the the appointment times. For instance on at least three times during my previous 6 visits there I was scheduled and it turned out that, even though they informed me of the appointment time and day, I was not even scheduled. For now, I am not gonna mention names, but this is very bad customer service because it wastes the customer time to correct these mistakes from the personnel working there.

From the front desk check in to the follow through physical therapy, this group is top notch period friendly, professional, committed and understand individual patient needs. Thank you for your help and support during the rehab. And yes I$0027m doing my exercises at home too…..
