I have been using Select PT for at least a decade. The staff they hire are always friendly, accommodating and in full command of their craft. I always walk away with no regrets and delighted with the care I receive. Staff turnover is rare and almost always you can use the therapist you saw before.
The clinic clerical staff are a compliment to the clinic too as well. Scheduling and in surance issues are handled quickly and professionally.
I like it at Select and I will keep going back.

I have been seen by Select PT various times now and can say with 100% certainty that the staff is the best that you can ask for! From being professional to friendly Select Staff performs at a 5 star level. This time I had Eleanor as my therapist and I couldnt have higher praise. Although injuries can be depressing and just hard to deal with overall, she made sure to assure me that PT was going to improve and did her best to help me in every way possible. Again the staff here is amazing and so professional and I thank Eleanor and everyone for their nonstop help!

I have found the Physical Therapists at Select Physical Therapy to be very skilled. I feel they are really caring, and focused on helping their patients recover to the fullest extent possible. It is reassuring to me that the therapist I am seeing closely monitors my comfort level and safety during treatment. My husband received excellent treatment at this office several years ago, so it was an easy decision to seek PT here for myself. So far, I am very pleased and would recommend it to my family and friends.

Went here for rehab on my Right Total Knee Replacement, and will be returning after my Left knee replacement. The therapists and the office staff are great, so friendly and supportive! They even have riddles and a «Where$0027s Waldo» calendar on the wall to keep your mind working as hard as your muscles!

My Family has had great experiences with Select Physical Therapy over our years of needing PT. Recently, my daughter was injured doing a sport and John Knecht greeted us with a smile and some humor, which immediately put us at ease. John is extremely knowledgeable about sports injury and PT. He listened to my daughter and came up with a plan to get her back to playing the sport she loves. He had her bring in her shoe inserts, which are quite old and not really doing what they should.John personally fixed them up for her to use until we got replacement inserts and also told us which ones he felt would work best for her! Thanks to John and Select PT, she is on her way to getting better and will be back to playing soccer soon!

Just finished my third spell at SPT/Storrs and all have been outstanding experiences! Therapists were highly skilled and very knowledgeable in the treatment of my injuries. They listened intently with great patience to my injury history- including past and current symptoms, and then incorporated this information in an organized and thorough treatment plan throughout the sessions. Therapists constantly supervised my routines and offered suggestions that ensured the exercises were performed accurately, safely, and efficiently in order to provide maximum benefit. It is obvious that the therapists really enjoy working with their patients and with one another which makes for a warm and friendly atmosphere for all. Bravo!

Friendly staff. Great team work! They keep up with Covid-19 by cleaning each station and items after each client. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Ive been through Physical therapy before at other places.. those places do not even compare to Select!! Im there do to a distal bicep rupture surgery. Now time to rework an arm that hasn$0027t worked right in months. So glad I found Select.
Receptionist is friendly Mary,David,and Cathy i have worked with so far n im over impressed! Greatful to have such a team helping me.

To address my rotator cuff tear, I received physical therapy in several settings because we were relocating. While all of the therapy has been very effective, my therapist at Select Physical Therapy has been especially sensitive to where I am right now in the rehab process. She spent a great deal of time with me understanding the history of my injury, my current physical condition, and my overall goals in the healing process. My sessions with her have been a great combination of «hands-on» manipulation, demonstrations and practice of exercises to do at home, and overall encouragement and feedback. After each session, I always feel enabled and very positive about my progress. I am so happy to be wrapping up my therapy here!
