I had both knees replaced and did my pt here in Palmer at select physical therapy. I cant recommend everybody here highly enough. They made it fun to go with the friendly atmosphere. I worked with Justin and Brandon and both are very knowledgeable.
I am now walking around with no more pain thanks to my surgery and select pt

Go there for all my PT needs now for over a year, great, knowledgeable theapists! Never had a problem, EXCEPT for parking. The parking lot is ridiculous, to say the least. WAY too small for all the businesses in the building. Still, 5 stars for the therapists! They$0027re awesome! Minus one star for the parking (yes, it$0027s that bad).

I have been attending here at the clinic for four visits and am very pleased with my treatment and progress. They teach me what exercises will strengthen my weakest muscle and make certain that I do them correctly to get maximum effect. I am given clear direction. In addition, when I do experience pain, they are careful to explain why it happens and why it will pass. This alleviates any worry in my head that I am damaging myself, and allows me to push through the discomfort and get well. I was very atheletic before I was injured. They are helping me understand how the injury has affected me and how to craft a new way of staying fit. My confidence in my bodys abitlity to bounce back has been restored. I know I have a ways to go before I am fully recovered, but I know I am on the right track to recovery with my therapist.

I walked in with really painful sciatica and walked out nearly free of pain. Ive been treating for a few weeks now and overall, Im much improved. The sciatica comes back but at least Im not in the constant pain that I was in before physical therapy. Im looking forward to becoming 100% pain free.
