I would like to bestow a lavish complement on my PT Nicole Reiss. I was seeing her for a variety of problems, including my shoulder, back and feet. She far exceeded my expectations in every way. Went here for help with chronic shoulder pain. I was assigned Meredith as my therapist and she was amazing from day one. She is extremely knowledgeable and competent and also just a lot of fun and very easy to talk to which made the appointments less of a chore and more of a «joint» mission to get me better. In the end I left with significantly less pain and much more mobility. It$0027s been a few weeks since we concluded therapy and I really don$0027t even notice or think about shoulder pain, where before it was an everyday nagging nuisance. If I need PT again I will definitely come back here and hopefully I get Meredith again. As a matter of fact I think my knee is starting to hurt : )

Potrero PT is a fabulous facility. But that$0027s not the only reason you should go there. Of course they have great equipment – but it$0027s the therapists and staff who treat you with kindness, respect, and (most importantly) expertise that makes this facility the best. I received PT for about 8 months after my ACL repair last year. Wonderful experience! All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Shout out to Issac who was really attentive to my goals and helped me work towards them each week. He came up with new exercises and ways for me to practice my «return to sports» exercises- definitely went above and beyond with the creativity! The front desk staff are also super helpful with scheduling- they always call the day before to remind you of your appointment. They would even call me if there was a cancellation for a time they knew I was wanting so I could change my appointment- extra points! The facility was always clean and the equipment they have is new and up to date. They even got TRX straps during my time there, which was great to be able to use! The assistants that help you continue through exercises after your appointment time are also wonderful, happy to check in with your PT and make sure they$0027re doing things correctly. Overall really great experience and would highly recommend to any friends/family!

I$0027ve been through two shoulder surgeries and rehabbed a bad lower back with the help of the awesome staff of Potrero PT. They are lifesavers, in every sense of the word.
Let$0027s start with Lupe, the office manager who is an expert at dealing with the intricacies of health insurance providers. Lupe managed my expectations excellently from the onset, and has continued to be my advocate in working with my insurer to ensure I receive my benefits.
Now on to the actual therapists, who are the heart and soul of Potrero PT. I$0027ve been working with Potrero PT since February of 2015, and I$0027ve worked with five of the therapists there, including Lance the owner.
I$0027m currently working with Katty, who is excellent. Katty has helped guide me through my second shoulder surgery with sound knowledge and – when my sore and tired body needed it – a delicate touch. She works with my surgeon to develop protocols for rehabilitation, and constantly monitors progress to make sure I$0027m not pushing myself too hard or re-injuring myself.
If I could afford it, I$0027d go to Potrero PT every day of the week. They are excellent, and have helped save my body (and therefore my sanity) more than once.

I had ACL replacement knee surgery by the wonderful Dr. Akizuki. His office recommended several PT resources, one of which was Potrero PT. I$0027ve been seen Daria at Potrero PT for 12 months. She has a wonderful «bedside» manner: warm, understanding, and empathetic to my rehab style and needs.
The staff of assistants there are also friendly, energetic, and supportive. Early on in my rehab, I hit a wall with building back my quad and Lance suggested the water rehab program in an offsite pool with a group of fellow rehabbers. After only a handful of pool sessions, I got past the hurdle. Now that I$0027ve celebrated my anniversary with Potrero PT, Daria$0027s handed me my back-to-running program, which I$0027m following religiously thrice weekly, in addition to Barry$0027s Bootcamp for some cardio activity I regard as «PT Xtreme.»
These guys are wonderful healers and I$0027m grateful for everything they$0027ve done for me this past year. Highly recommended if you$0027re looking for thorough and wholesome rehabilitation for your specific needs.

I had pain from a torn rotator cuff, and after several weeks, this pain decreased significantly, eliminating my need for pain meds. I enjoyed working with Isaac a lot.
