The staff is awesome to say the least. Each of them knows your name and greets you as soon as you walk through the door. They are genuinely interested in helping you get back to feeling better. It$0027s a not a huge place (Sherwood is anyways) so you never feel like it$0027s overcrowded or you$0027re in the way or even that the whole room is watching you while you do your exercises like other larger facilities. I definitely wouldn$0027t go anywhere else for PT ever again. Thanks again to everyone and as always… Have a nice day! 😉

I wish injuries on no one, BUT in the event it happens to you I HIGHLY recommend PTI-Sherwood. Before I stepped foot in the building I knew I had made the right decision! I received a call from a very pleasant Michelle confirming my appointment for the following day. I was having trouble with some paperwork issues and there Michelle was again to assist me in getting the things I needed to start therapy.
Upon meeting my therapist Tyler, I knew that not only would my injury would be corrected, but my spirits would be lifted as well. I work alongside therapist and have used other companies in the past , but Tyler is by far one of the best!!! He not only made a plan that fit my needs perfectly, but he encouraged me as well. Tyler is so easy going, pleasant to speak with, and motivational, but beware
hes a Cowboys fan (lol)! I wish I could$0027ve spent my entire session with Tyler, but I understand Im not his only patient

Ty works in conjunction with Tyler and theyre like the dynamic duo! Ty is such a sweetheart! Shes always checking to make sure your comfortable with the weight/exercise regimen. Ty also makes sure your doing your reps correctly as to not injury yourself further.
I was initially worried about being in a large facility during the pandemic however this small quaint location was perfect!
PTI-Sherwood you all are great!!!

I have had a great experience with all the therapists I have come in contact with here. Graeme and Tyler have been my primary contacts and they challenge me while being aware of my limitations. My wife has loved going here for her therapy. She has a rare disorder that requires specialized approaches and the staff are able to accommodate that. She didnt have to explain it to the PT. He already knew about her condition and what it involved. She has improved more rapidly here than any other therapy center. The staff is great to her. Shes always laughing. The lady at the desk just brightens her day. Shes works magic with scheduling and insurance and jumps right in to help. When you first walk in, it looks like a 3 ring circus. But for having just one PT, that place runs like a fine oiled machine. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

My appointment are always the time i need them to be, and if I have to reschedule or running late I can still get in to complete my progression. I$0027ve been to PTI for two separate issues, a shoulder injury and a foot issue. Both were taken seriously and the PTI members did a great job planning and managing my strength/recovery program. They started out with easy exercises and gradually went up in difficulty, at no time did I feel like I was being pushed too hard or too fast in the program. The best part of the whole experience was that I always looked forward to my appointments. The environment they have out there is professional and at the same time they make you feel like you$0027re part of the family. At one point my wife and I were there at the same time and that led to some funny back and forth about who was slacking and who wasn$0027t. Enjoyable experiences and would definitely recommend PTI in Sherwood for anyone that needs physical therapy.

I love my team of therapists at PTI! I have MS and have needed both physical and occupational therapy several times since my diagnosis in 2017. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly, and really understand the challenges of managing a chronic disease like MS. My experience was awesome, every PT was professional and prompt and cared about my issues and concerns. I would recommend them to anyone that has any issues. They are absolutely worth it. My knees were giving me issues, they pushed my limits but also made sure I wasnt over doing anything. Great people all around at this facility. ????
