N-Care Physical Therapy is a great place to get your physical therapy done. The staff is amazingly friendly and caring. Everyone is very well trained and are very knowledgeable in what they do. I got ACL reconstruction and Arthroscopic Meniscus surgery on May 18, 2021 and by error of the Orthopaedic place I started a month late. I$0027ve been with N-Care for a month now and the results are amazing! Sure it$0027s painful but totally worth it. My range in motion has increased a lot compared to being delayed a whole month and to where I was when I first got to the facility. I highly recommend this place, they work with any type of injury and their work is amazing. I$0027d trust them any time. ????

Kind of a rip off. 2 of the authorized 4 – 45 minute sessions for a shoulder injury went like this. 10 minutes of wearing a heating pad. 5 minutes waiting after the heating pad alarm rings, 15 minutes of not very knowledgeable massage and 15 minutes of excercises. The first session was a 45 minute evaluation. On the 4th session the owner himself gave me my massage and it was finally targeted and helpful – sad the other massage therapists were not sufficiently trained.
Then a week after my 4th visit, I get a call from N-Care. It seems they filed for authorization for 6 more visits. This was done without consulting with me nor with my consent. Presumptious at best.
I calld my referring physician and asked that the remaining authorized sessions be submitted to another provider.

This is the best physical therapy place Ive ever been to. Right from the start, everyone here has been extremely hospitable and focused on my recovery.
