Wow, they are really professional. Kelly is my therapist and she is so personal, thoughtful listener, and a genuinely caring person. These qualities have become extremely rare amongst healthcare professionals. She$0027s also very knowledgeable in her field shares information helpful to you on a level that you can understand. Healthaction has been fresh air for me after dealing with some other healthcare professionals here in Dothan. I learned that some of my symtoms were not » ALL in my head» as I was told by » the other healthcare professionals and that there were causes for my symtoms and they were treatable. She filled me with info, exercises, manipulative devices/tools that empowered me. As a result I feel so much better … still have some of the dizziness and vertigo – but I can now manage it and get back to normalcy! Healthaction works with your schedule too. This is one of Dothan$0027s best physical therapist practice! Can$0027t say enough them. The manager is great… Front desk folks are friendly… all of the therapist and assistants are professional and great also.

I had a total knee replacement and the ladies and gentlemen were so patient with me. I had a setback at 2 weeks due to a personal issue, and they worked with me until I got where I needed to be. I was actually sad to leave when I was discharged because I will miss them. If you have any physical therapy needs you should choose them.

I absolutely love it here!Every single staff member including the front desk to all the therapist in the building is super friendly,supportive,kind,patient,professional,caring,and strive to make your experience their the very best.They treat you as if you are a family member.I am excited to even go to therapy because of its atmosphere thats how much I look forward to it.When I first started I was in so much pain,but since then my pain level has become managable.They keep on til they get the right exercises and activity that is best for you.I am so glad to be apart of this lil family,til I can$0027t imagine going anywhere else.I highly recommend Health Actions Physical Therapy/Flowers to anyone who needs therapy and to feel welcomed,this is the place to be.Thanks.

When I first had my injury I was scared out of my mind, but when I started going here they really put my mind at ease. This is the type of place you want to be while rehabbing your injuries. Everyone is so welcoming, like family. I was finally able to put shoes on yesterday and my physical therapist Jessica noticed as soon as she opened the door. Yes they are there to help us heal but when they make us feel more than a PATIENT to them now that is what sets them apart. I have a while to go but Im definitely glad I chose this facility. My experience was worth choosing this location, as I walked in at day 1, I was well greeted, the entire staff made me feel welcome. The pain and discomfort that I was experiencing the PTs went above and beyond with care to help me feel better ( thanks) .Speaking on the entire staff each one would call you by your name, which made a person felt special,at the time of leaving the ladies at the front desk acknowledged you with a smile making sure that your following appointments were scheduled and a goodbye.
