I actually refused a chiropractor but my doc got sneaky and sent me to this guy who does physical therapy and chiropracting. I admit it, it was the right choice as the pain was making me depressed and he$0027s really nice and positive about your recovery, even if that means tracking down additional doctors to get the tests and help you need. A+ doc keep it up!!

I came in to get prepared for knee surgery by getting strength in leg muscles. Erin did a great job evaluating what I needed to work on the most. She really loaded me up on exercises at the clinic but also ones to do at home to strengthen my muscles.
These were tough exercises to do considering that Im 75 years old but she made it very enjoyable even though it hurt. ?? I will definitely be going back to see her after my surgery. I know that all of this pre-surgical strengthening is going to help me heal much quicker.
I would definitely recommend going to CSM for any type of rehab

I love Champion Sports Medicine, and highly recommend them if you have to have physical therapy. I have had both knee replacement surgeries in the past nine months. I chose Champion for my second knee and really saw the difference in the workouts and undivided attention I received from Jarrod. My left knee rehabbed much quicker and better than my right knee. I chose to go back to a Champion for a tendinitis problem. So far see great results! Thanks Champion and Jarrod Robbins!

I$0027ve been to several physical therapy companies in the Pelham/Alabaster area and CSM is by far the best. The others certainly had very caring, knowledgeable people, but were dealing with too many clients at once to give individual care.

I started seeing Chelsea after a dairy related injury suffered in June of 2019. My treatment plan, which was more or less a form of extreme yoga, was incredibly effective at lowering my current pain level and preventing future discomfort. I saw results immediately after the first appointment. The results were also noticeable to my friends and family. I was bitchin less and generally happier because the pain had disappeared. Chelsea and the team at Champion Sports Medicine would be my preferred care providers for any subsequent injuries.
