The the remaining staff that work with you one one one. To make sure you get the best results. Biggest thing they don$0027t treat like hurry up because they got other appointments. They ask you questions to make sure your not doing to much. Great relaxing environment and super attentive to their patients. I was going to move to a closer location but I decided to stay because I feel easy there. Windmill has definitely a great staff. When I say all of them I$0027m not lying. Especially now that everything make me nervous lately.

Jonah is absolutely incredible!!! For almost a year, several doctors dismissed my 81-year-old father$0027s symptoms. Finally, because Jonah took the time to listen to my dad when he explained his symptoms and concerns, he quickly realized that he had vertigo. Thankfully, my dad felt better and had his energy back by the second visit. I genuinely appreciate Jonah$0027s kindness, patience, and compassion toward my dad, and I cannot thank him enough! This is the first time I went to ATI physical therapy and my experience has been wonderful. The therapist listened to my complaints and she understood my concerns. She also explained to me what was happening to my shoulder/arm and created a therapy exercise plan that was conducive to my health and well-being. The assistants are also wonderful, caring, and professional people and keep an eye on you, walking you through your exercise plan. Wonderful service all around and I am glad my doctor referred me to ATI physical therapy.

At ATI they are very knowledgeable and considerate of my pain level. Eric gave me a very thorough evaluation on my first visit before creating my therapy plan. He also checks in with me at every session to see how Im feeling. Tonya, my therapist, is always very considerate of my current pain level and keeps me at a pace that wont cause me more pain. Theyre always on schedule and Ive never had to wait to begin my session. I totally recommend the ATI Windmill location.

The workers at Windmill are fantastic…. but clerical and call center to get an appointment is so unprofessional. My doctor turned in a prescription to continue therapy and a week later no call from ATI!!!! Then when ask for an appointment in which they are booked out she put me on eternal hold. I finished my therapy (if you call it that) with Clay. Be aware DO NOT USE this place if you want to want normal again after Knee replacement. Clay did not change my exercises for SEVERAL WEEKS. I did my work at home and find out after going to a professional therapy place that I needed different exercises. Clay rarely came out maybe once every 6 therapy sessions , however my bill reflects different. Trying for three months to get answers and no one calls me back. Maybe need to hire an attorney…..

I came to this facility for a few weeks of treatment and the staff was always a joy to work with. From changing my appointments to coming in a little late, they always were friendly and very accommodating. I like that the Facility is small and you dont get lost in the shuffle. Kudos to Brent and Kristen and the other staff for always being on top of my treatment and for always having a smile on their faces. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing PT!

My appointments were 7AM or 730AM and I would head to work right after. Every time I walked in this client the receptionist looked like she just rolled out of bed. Extremely unprofessional, half asleep and barely answered questions I asked. I would$0027ve let this slide and wouldn$0027t have written a review until today when I checked my mailbox I saw a bill. Which is strange because I asked the receptionist if I had a co-pay she blinked half asleep and said, «No». I would$0027ve went so many times knowing I$0027d have this huge bill to pay off. I am livid knowing that I specifically asked how much I would have to pay and she said my insurance is taking care of it. Take your business elsewhere. The therapists were nice but the front staff soured the whole experience for me. I would$0027ve rather have spoken to a kiosk.
