Ive seen Alli a couple times for massage therapy and she is truly amazing. I have a lot of neck and shoulder tension and every time I see her I walk away feeling significantly better and relaxed. I had never gotten a massage prior to coming here, and my mom purchased one for me through Groupon. I didnt look much into it before coming, but upon arrival I was wary because of the size and location of this place. I was communicated to from my massage therapist (Alicia) the day of and when I got there she walked me through what the massage would entail and asked me to mark where I want the focus to be on my body. I was very impressed with the thoroughness before the massage even began.
I am very athletic and have knots all over, and it was everything I needed from a massage therapist. Communication on amount of pressure, focus areas, working out knots, and making the experience feel comfortable and serene. The room is extremely calming, smells amazing, and is even meditative. I cannot say enough how every athlete needs one of these. Even if you are just tense and need a way to relax, my entire body felt so amazing after, and even walking in with a tension headache, it was gone by the time I left! Loved it so much Im already booking my next one!!! GO HERE ITS GREAT

I stumbled upon advanced rehabilitation in December 2020. I purchased a Groupon for myself and fiancé as a Christmas present to ourselves. The front desk was polite and scheduled us pretty quickly. When we arrived we both had a 90 minute session with Jahala back to back.
Let me tell you – I havent had a massage this good in a long while and she has a talent for finding the spots that need work and getting those knots.
Since December I have had two additional massage and my fiancé has had another as well. They are booked out a little on the weekends (understandably) but Jahala is worth every penny!

I had my first massage with Alli last week and was amazed. It was the first time I$0027ve ever had to ask someone to back off and go lighter! She got super deep and really knows how to work the body to release tension and heal.
